Your email address
If you join the list, we hold your email address and which of the two boxes you ticked — whether you buy at auction or run an auction house. That is everything. There is no name field, no phone number, no company, and nothing about you that you did not type in.
Why we have it
To write to you when there is something to see. You asked us to, which is the lawful basis — consent — and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@propertyauctions.live.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, Resend, stores the list and sends the messages. They process it on our instructions and for nothing else. Nobody else gets it. We do not sell it, rent it, swap it, or hand it to an auction house, a data broker, or an advertising network.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the site launches and the list has done its job — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we delete the record rather than keeping a suppression entry, because a list this small does not need one.
What this page does not do
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads no fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets from anyone else’s server, so no third party learns that you visited. Your browser talks to this site and to nothing else.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@propertyauctions.live and we will do it. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
